1. About Us

KSP Mobility, Fengate Drove, Weeting, Brandon, Suffolk, IP27 0PW, United Kingdom.

2. Products and Sales

All products are sold in‑store only. We aim to ensure all product descriptions and prices are accurate at the time of sale. Customers are responsible for ensuring a product is suitable for their needs before purchase. Manufacturer warranties apply where provided.

3. Servicing and Repairs

We service and repair mobility scooters, wheelchairs, and similar equipment. Before work begins, we will explain the likely cost and any parts required. If additional issues are found during servicing, we will contact you before proceeding. All repairs are carried out with reasonable care and skill.

4. Hire Services

Hire equipment is provided subject to availability. Customers are responsible for the safe use and return of hired equipment. Damage beyond normal wear and tear may incur repair or replacement charges. Normally a damage deposit of at least £100 cash is required. Damage caused above the deposit amount will be invoiced.

5. Payments

Payments are taken in‑store by cash, card, or other accepted methods. For servicing or repairs, payment is due upon collection unless agreed otherwise. All prices include VAT where applicable.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel a service booking at any time before work begins. If parts have already been ordered specifically for your repair, you may be responsible for their cost.

7. Returns and Refunds

Faulty products may be returned in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Returns for non‑faulty items are at our discretion and may require proof of purchase.

8. Liability

We are not liable for loss or damage caused by misuse, improper operation, or failure to follow instructions. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
